Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing all payments made by Students enrolling in any Course offered by the Institute. By completing the Enrollment and submitting Payment, the Student acknowledges and agrees to the conditions stated below.

1.No Refund Policy

All fees paid toward any Course are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, except where expressly stated under the "Exceptions" section of this Policy.

2.Specific Scenarios Where No Refund is Provided

2.1. Withdrawal or Cancellation Before Course Start Date

If a Student withdraws or cancels their enrollment for any reason after making payment and before the official Course Start Date, no refund will be issued. All fees paid will be forfeited.

2.2. Withdrawal, Suspension, or Termination After Course Start Date

If a Student withdraws, is suspended, or is terminated from the Course on or after the official Course Start Date for reasons including but not limited to non-attendance, breach of code of conduct, or academic violationsnno refund will be issued.

The full Course Fee remains due and payable, and the Student is obligated to pay any outstanding amount even if they discontinue attendance.

2.3. Visa or Travel-Related Issues (For Offline or Hybrid Courses)

Obtaining necessary visas, travel permissions, and logistics is the sole responsibility of the Student. Failure to secure required travel documents or restrictions imposed by governments will not qualify for a refund.

Where applicable, the Student may be offered access to online components of the Course, but the fee structure will remain unchanged.

2.4. Technical Issues on the Student's End (For Online or Hybrid Courses)

The Student is responsible for ensuring they have compatible hardware, software, and a stable internet connection. Technical issues arising from the Student's device or network will not be considered grounds for a refund.

2.5. Exchange Rate Differences

All fees must be paid in the currency specified by the Institute. Variations in international exchange rates between the date of payment and the Student's local currency will not warrant a refund or fee adjustment.

3.Exceptions to the No Refund Policy (Limited Circumstances)

3.1. Course Cancellation by the Institute

If the Institute cancels the Course in its entirety prior to the official Course Start Date, the Student will receive a full refund of all fees paid. Non-refundable transaction charges (banks, payment gateways) already incurred will be deducted.

3.2. Force Majeure

If the Institute is unable to deliver more than 25% of the Course due to situations beyond its control (natural disasters, war, government shutdowns), a rescheduled batch or an equivalent online alternative will be offered.

If neither is feasible, a partial credit toward a future Course may be offered at the Institute's sole discretion. No monetary refund will be issued.

4.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, or the city where the Institute is legally registered.

5.Student Acknowledgment

By enrolling in any Course and submitting payment, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy without exception.
